This agreement outlines the Terms & Conditions enforced by Future Key Technologies for all its clients. No client is exempt from these terms, and every client is bound by them upon engaging with Future Key Technologies.

NON-REFUNDABLE TERMS

In the event that a client decides to change their mind after project work has officially commenced, or cancels a service order following the delivery of project assets, Future Key Technologies will issue no refund under any circumstances. A client requiring a new project or additional deliverables must place a fresh order, make the required payment as specified by Future Key Technologies, and receive deliverables accordingly.

COMPLIMENTARY ALTERNATIVE SERVICES

In situations where both the client and the company cannot pinpoint the exact cause of a project dispute or determine who is at fault, Future Key Technologies will not issue a monetary refund. Instead, we will provide alternative digital services at no extra charge. This provision applies exclusively to scenarios where confusion regarding fault persists or where both parties share partial responsibility.
